Did you know that most people give up on their New Year's resolutions by the second Friday of January? Changing your routine can be challenging, and staying motivated to achieve those changes is often just as difficult. In recent years, many have turned to Bingo cards as a fun way to help them reach their resolutions. Bingo cards can be customized to any size; they can contain 24 items or just 8—it's entirely up to you.
You can make each square represent a specific goal or use a row to break a larger goal into smaller, more manageable steps. For example, if your goal is to write stories about your life, you could break it down into smaller tasks: start by making a list of potential stories, then write down notes on what to include, and finally, write each story one by one. The choice is yours!

Using Bingo cards can make achieving your resolutions enjoyable, rather than just a reminder to work on your New Year’s goals. Turn it into a game by trying to see how many squares you can fill; aim for getting a line or even completing the entire card. You can also compete with your loved ones using their own Bingo cards to see who achieves more of their goals.
Check out our three attached documents: the first is a blank Bingo card that you can download and use. The second is another blank card, but with fewer squares to fill in, which might be less overwhelming if the full 24-item card seems daunting—consider trying the 8-item card instead. Lastly, the third document is an example of a filled-in Bingo card, offering some ideas for what you can include.
